Let's start with the basics!
We're getting married on Saturday, October 6th, 2012 in Tucson, Arizona. The wedding will be held in the evening. The wedding and reception will both be held at Christ the King Church (2800 W. Ina Rd., Tucson, AZ 85741). The reception will be outdoors and dress is semi-casual. In Tucson, the weather is still very warm in October, but can cool down in the evening. We suggest bringing layers!
Hotel rooms are reserved at the Hotel Tucson City Center Inn Suites (475 N. Granada Ave., Tucson, AZ 85701, 520-622-3000). They have a swimming pool and jacuzzi, so bring a suit! The hotel offers an airport shuttle, and has a free breakfast buffet, evening social hour, and internet. There is a restaurant and bar in the hotel. It is also within short driving distance of downtown Tucson and the University of Arizona. Rooms start at $69 per night and can be requested with multiple beds for sharing.
If you are looking for different accommodations, we have some recommendations. For a full vacation experience, we recommend the Tucson Omni Resort, which is just minutes from the church. If you are looking for a hotel closer to the church, we recommend searching for hotels near Ina Road and Oracle Road, or Ina Road and I-10. If you would like a hotel close to the Inn Suites, search for a hotel near 6th Street/St. Mary's and I-10. Hotels.com is a great site to use!
